Refund & Exchange Policy

At AMARA, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or refunds within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included

Exchange requests:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to exchanges.

Refund requests:

• Once the item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be transferred via InstaPay within up to 7 working days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
