At AMARA, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or refunds within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be returned in their original condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
Original packaging must be included
Exchange requests:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to exchanges.
Refund requests:
Once the item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be transferred via InstaPay within up to 10 working days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
AMARA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
