Exchange Policy

We offer two convenient exchange options.

Standard Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the original item.
  3. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we'll ship your replacement.

Please note:

  • Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Quick Exchange

Need your replacement sooner?

Simply place a new order for your preferred item.

Once your original item is returned and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Returned items must meet our return conditions.

Returns & Refunds

If you'd like to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
